Registration Deadline: July 17, 2020. Register by Monday, July 13, 12:00 p.m. CST in order to receive 1MC swag.

Who can register?

Registration is open (and encouraged!) for your whole organizing team.

How will I access the virtual conference?

You will be emailed a direct link to access your content one week prior with detailed instructions on how to connect to the conference.

What can I expect from a virtual conference?

More than a webinar, the 1 Million Cups Organizer Summit virtual meeting promises an exchange of ideas from our 1MC community network in a format that will be even more engaging, thought provoking, and relevant than ever before. You can look forward to meaningful discussions, helpful breakout sessions, virtual connections, and engaging speakers. 

What are the technical requirements needed to attend virtually?

To participate, you will need an internet connection and a web browser. For the best experience, we recommend you join the conference using a supported internet browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. It is strongly recommended to use your computer or desktop device (over mobile) for best viewing experience.

If you do not own or have access to the required technology–or if you experience buffering or viewing issues–please contact Kylie Stiens at kstiens@wellingtonexperience.com.

Note: Internet Explorer is NOT recommended.

We recommend that you spend some time learning the platform functionality as soon as you are given access (one week prior to the event) to familiarize and prepare for optimal engagement. Live support will be available throughout the Summit to troubleshoot as needed.

Are individuals that are interested, but not yet official organizers invited to register and attend 1MCOS?

While we’re excited about the opportunity to include many more participants at this year’s 1MCOS, we do ask that individuals become an active organizer before registering. Attendees don’t need to have attended orientation or have run many 1MC events yet, but we would like to see the step of becoming an organizer and committing to the community to help beyond 1MCOS! This ensures that the conversations and content we’re working on delivering is valuable to each participant joining. If you need guidance on the organizer sign-up process, please reach out to your 1MC Regional Rep for support.

The link will open a new browser tab, and take you to the online registration form. On that page, you will be provided instructions to complete and submit the registration form.

Who is Wellington?

Wellington is a live experience and marketing agency working with the Kauffman Foundation to help deliver the 1 Million Cups Organizer Summit this year. Wellington will be working with you to help coordinate all of your registration and participation details and can answer any questions you may have.

Cancellation Policy

Although it is virtual we are still counting on active participation from all registered attendees throughout the duration of the event. Because of that, once registered your participation will be counted on by others. As a courtesy, we ask that if your plans change and you cannot attend, you cancel your registration. All cancellations should be made at least 10 days in advance by contacting Kylie Stiens at kstiens@wellingtonexperience.com.
