We believe that all people – regardless of their race, gender or geography – should have the opportunity to achieve economic stability, mobility and prosperity. 1 Million Cups helps aspiring and existing entrepreneurs identify and overcome barriers to success by mobilizing communities and building authentic relationships in an open, educational environment.

1MCOS provided a safe and inclusive space for organizers to gather and inspire one another in the great work this community does year-round. It was designed for organizers to continue learning how to build stronger, sustainable and consistent educational experiences for local entrepreneurs. This encouraged a healthy local community, while contributing to the larger #1MCNation movement. Organizers left the 1MC Cups Organizer Summit refreshed and refueled with passion and energy toward our community’s goals.
